Hello First Timers! For your first
time be prepared to sweat and have a great time. If you are arriving for your first time please try to arrive roughly 20 minutes before the class time. Before the Class Avoid eating 2 hours before the class time as to give the body a safe period for digestion. As you begin to take class more regularly notice how your body responds to eating closer, or more distant from class time and then adjust this time as necessary for you. Make sure to drink enough water well
before class to properly hydrate your body. What you need to bring with you Clothing: Wear something light and fitted such as a sports bra, shorts, swim wear. Avoid Sweats top, or bottom, long pants, heavy t-shirts as the room is heated to be a hot environment (105-110 degrees F, 40-42 degrees C). Two large towels, one for class and one for showering after class if you wish. You also have the option of renting towels at the studio for $2 Yoga Mat. If you don’t have one, no problem, we rent them for $2. Large bottle water (500ml-1.5L). Positive attitude!
Shoes Perfume or Cologne Body lotion Excess Jewelry or watches Talking Chewing Gum Cell Phones, Pagers, or any Electronic Devices The class is 90 minutes long and you are expected to stay in the actual studio class room for that whole period without leaving the room for any reason, however if at any point in the class you feel winded, or light headed, you are certainly encouraged to take a moment to collect yourself, slowing it down to take a few deep breaths in order to regroup, finding your own personal pacing, and then joining back in as soon as you feel ready. |
